We've all been there: You're at work, and it's performance review day, which doesn't go well. Or you post something online, and there are a number of people who disagree with you. Or you voice an opinion, make a project, or offer a suggestion that's met with some pretty hefty criticism. Criticism is an unavoidable part of life, and as such, it's probably best to use it to your advantage when it comes your way, particularly in a professional setting.
